The Jimi Beans Concept
Jimi Beans Coffee Drive Thru is the brainchild of five successful Southern Oregon business professionals who have pooled their talents, energy and enthusiasm to develop and launch a unique coffee concept that is making its way from Redding, to Reno and on to Las Vegas.
The goal of Jimi Beans is to serve the highest quality coffee in a friendly and fun atmosphere.
Two Redding Jimi Beans Coffee Drive Thru's are ready for groundbreaking, with plans for a total of 10 locations in and around the city within two years. Currently, the Jimi Beans team is preparing necessary documentation and securing permits for the first Jimi Beans in Reno.
The Managing Partners
All five managing partners offers expertise in developing the Jimi Beans concept, and each will contribute to the growth and ongoing success of the business. Partners include:
Terry Buntin has more than 20 years of construction experience. He directs the site planning, construction phases and facility maintenance aspects of the business.
Craig Galpern is an attorney and will head up the legal department of Jimi Beans. He ensures that contracts are in place and that permits and paperwork are completed. In addition, he monitors multiple state regulations to make sure the company is in compliance.
Jim Botsford is the name behind Jimi Beans. He has enjoyed a successful sales career, which includes many years in the food industry. Along with the name, Botsford will also be the face of Jimi Beans, and the one who connects with communities and others to promote and grow the business.
Jerry Eklund is a successful entrepreneur in the field of sports equipment. He brings business savvy and a positive, can-do attitude to the Jimi Beans team. In his role, Eklund will manage operations and continue to look for new business opportunities.
Our Blend of Coffee
Jimi Beans coffee is a custom blend roasted in Southern Oregon especially for the business. Through extensive taste-testing, this blend was discovered and chosen for its sweet consistency and robust flavor. The Jimi Beans Drive Thru will provide its custom blend to the public when purchased at Jimi Beans locations.
Marketing The Jimi Beans 'Experience'
The combination of high-energy quality employees, convenient locations and a superior blend will provide coffee drinkers with the "Jimi Beans Experience" - three minutes of positive fun every time they visit. Marketing efforts will be focused around extraordinary customer service and excessive fun. The team will promote Jimi Beans to customers of all ages so that the experience becomes part of the community's culture.
The Jimi Beans University
Each employee of Jimi Beans will be hand selected for their outgoing personality and eagerness to provide extraordinary customer service. We will provide training at Jimi Beans University, including: "How to listen and communicate clearly and effectively with customers
